About Us
Founded in 2000, principals Barry Cohen (BS in Construction management from Arizona State University) and Craig Bergstrom (BS in Construction management from Arizona State University) have a combined 52 years in the construction industry encompassing land planning and development, commercial construction and a large portfolio of production and custom built homes.

Personal Interests:
When Barry is away from work, he is to be found spending quality time with his wife of 20 years and his 3 wonderful children. They are an active outdoors traveling family. You may find them bungee jumping or sky diving in New Zealand, boating or jet skiing at Lake Powell, Arizona or even zip lining across the great Zambezi River from Zimbabwe to Zambia. Barry’s travels have taken him and his family to over 50 countries and all 7 continents. His free time is spent relishing over the world’s finest architectural and natural creations. Aside from his intense love for buildings, he loves to spend as much time as possible diving the oceans of the world. He is currently a Dive Master and spends countless hours training children and young adults to enjoy his passion of the undersea world. He is an EFR life saving instructor and loves to volunteer in his local community. He has done countless projects with Habitat for Humanity throughout the valley as well as Christmas in April projects. In the east valley he has worked with family services programs for battered women and in the west valley worked the manna project feeding the underprivileged. Barry has sponsored local athletics teams, drunk driving awareness programs; disabled persons work programs, Adopt a Family Christmas and a host of other local community projects. As Barry says: “There is no greater joy in life than being blessed with the ability to serve others”. You may see him working in the community, for the Cave Creek School District, the City of Scottsdale, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, or the Carefree Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce. On a quiet evening he loves to sit and read into the wee hours of the morning.
